Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1 business day to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse in the United States will pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible!

You will receive your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email as soon as possible with your tracking number!

If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to processed, and an additional 4-10 days to arrive. Our fulfillment centers are located in the USA. Shipping is tracked and in case it doesn't arrive within 2 weeks we will investigate the matter with utmost priority.


Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes we do! But in order to deliver quality to customers we charge for shipping extra so that the order arrives fast and 100% undamaged.

 

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
